A Toy Fox Terrier named Pebbles set a Guinness World Record this week as the oldest living dog. How old is she?
- 22:Pebbles, a 4-pound Toy Fox Terrier, holds the title for the world's oldest living dog at an astonishing 22 years and 59 days old. According to a press release from Guinness World Records on Thursday, Pebbles was born on March 28, 2000, and resides in Taylor, South Carolina. Pebbles apparently enjoys listening to country music while resting in warm weather. The distinguished dog, however, is nowhere near the record for the oldest dog ever. That dog was an Australian cattle dog named Bluey, who died in 1939 at the age of 29 years and 5 months.
