John Stamos had always been a Beach Boys fan. In fact, his first concert was at age 13 when he attended a Beach Boys concert in Los Angeles. Stamos is now an honorary member of his all-time favorite band and has performed hundreds of concerts with the group, and appeared in their 1988 video "Kokomo", in which he played the conga drums and the steel drums.
